摘要
夏季环境温度过高是限制直接空冷机组出力的主要原因。采用喷雾增湿降温法可有效地降低空冷凝汽器(空凝器)入口空气温度,改善空凝器的换热效果,提高机组运行真空使其满负荷运行。通过对喷雾增湿降温法的研究及其经济性分析,并采用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟软件对其效果进行验证,表明喷雾增湿降温法在直接空冷系统中增设喷雾增湿装置后,可以显著提高机组运行的经济性和安全性。
The main cause limiting output capacity of direct air- cooled unit is the overhigh ambient temperature in summer season. The method of spray humidification and temperature reduction can effectively reduce the inlet air temperature of air - cooled condenser,improving the heat exchange effect, and enhancing vacuum of unit in operation, making the unit to operate under full capability. Through study on and econmic analysis of the spray humidification and temperature reduction method,and adopting numerical simulation software of computed fluid dynamic (CFD), the effectiveness of said method has been verified, the results show that the additional installation of spray humidification and temperature reduction facility in direct air - cooled system can significantly enhance the economic efficiency and safety of unit in operation.
