摘要
不同相对分子质量聚醚多胺(PPA)与环氧树脂于60℃混合后,加入固化剂二乙烯三胺,在80℃×2h,120℃×4h下固化,可制备含聚醚多胺的固化环氧树脂网络。实验结果表明,添加10份PPA204[由相对分子质量为400的聚氧化丙烯二元醇(PPO)合成]的环氧树脂网络为均相体系,因而较大地提高了环氧树脂网络的韧性;添加PPA210或PPA220(分别由相对分子质量为1000或2000的PPO合成)的环氧树脂网络发生部分微观相分离,相分离程度随PPA相对分子质量增大而增强,导致环氧树脂网络的冲击强度下降。
The relationship between the morphologies and mechanical properties of epoxy resin(epoxy)network containing polyoxypropylene polyamines(PPAs)synthesized from polyoxypropylene polyols(PPOs)with different relative molecular mass was studied.It was found that epoxy network which was cured with diethylene triamine(DETA)containing 10 phr PPA 204 synthesized from PPO having low relative molecular mass (400)was a homogenous system and its impact strength increased by 3.6 times compared with that of pure epoxy network cured with DETA.However,the epoxy networks containing PPA 210 or PPA 220 synthesized with high relative molecular mass (1 000 and 2 000 respectively)PPO exhibited a partial microphase separation morphology due to the long PPA segments existing in the epoxy network so as to give rise to decrease the impact strength of these networks.
