文章介绍了一种适于压气设备机械化炮孔装药作业且威力较低的混合型准固态颗粒状工业炸药,其主要成分按质量包括15%~35%的常规乳化炸药用乳胶、60%~80%的多孔粒状铵油和1%~9%的两种辅助添加剂。炸药装药密度08g·cm-3~0.9g·cm-3,在塑料管(φ53)和铁管(φ50)约束条件下,爆速分别为1800m·s-1~2200m·s-1和2800m·s-1~3100m·s-1,适用于地下矿可爆性较好矿岩中的地孔爆破和光面控制爆破。
A special blended granular explosive was developed. It is a combination of waterin-oil emulsion (15%~35% by weight ) and ANFO (60%~80%), and in addition, 1%~9 % ofadditives may be added in above combination. The physical characteristics of the explosive makeits convenient use for pneumatic loading of blast holes. The in-hole density of the explosive canreach 0.80g·cm-3~0. 95 g·cm-3. The confined detonation velocity in plastic tube (dia. 53mm) and iron tube (dia. 50 mm) are 1800 m·s-1~2200 m·s-1 and 2800 m·s-1~3100 m·s-1respectively. The explosive is suitable for use in underground mine blasting and smooth blasting.
