摘要
锅炉给水预热器壳程筒体材质为低合金高强钢13MnNiMoNbR与管板材质为低合金耐热钢SA336GrF22cl3(2.25Cr1Mo锻)异种钢相焊,由于金属组织和化学成分都不相同,物理性能差别较大,焊接时易出现多方面的问题。通过焊接试验,确定了低合金耐热钢(2.25Cr1Mo锻)与低合金高强钢(13MnNiMoNbR)相焊时,在低合金耐热钢侧预先堆焊一层低合金高强钢焊接材料的隔离层,采用与2.25Cr1Mo钢一致的较高温度的焊后热处理后,再进行整个焊缝的焊接,随后焊接接头采用与13MnNiMoNbR钢一致的较低温度的焊后热处理。这样既可以减少熔合区成分不均匀所带来的问题,同时也能保证焊接接头的各项性能。试验结果表明,所制定的焊接工艺能够获得满意的焊接接头质量。
For the welding the low alloy heat resistance steel alloy with the low alloy high strength steel of the high pressure heat exchanger,because of the difference from metal microstructure,chemical composition and mechanical properties,it can cause many problems when welding.Overlaying buttering of the low alloy high strength steel welding material on the low alloy heat resistance steel side,and PWHT with the low alloy heat resistance steel together,after welding the whole joint,PWHT the joint with the temperature of the low alloy high strength steel.This can prove the joint's mechanics.The article gains a reasonable welding procedure by experiments to obtain the good properties of welding joints.
