摘要
模拟大型锅炉关键部件200MW汽包集中下降管管接头的生产过程,采用J557焊条焊接13MnNiMo54与20MnMo的焊接接头,然后分别对焊缝金属和热影响区金属的显微组织进行了分析,并测试了焊接接头力学性能和显微硬度。研究结果表明:采用J557焊条焊接13MnNiMo54与20MnMo材料,通过采用一定的焊接工艺措施,保证了焊接接头达到母材20MnMo材料使用性能的要求。
Simulating the producing proeess of large sized 200 MW steam boiler key parts with manifold centralized downcomer joint, the dissimilar welding of 13MnNiMo54 and 20MnMo is performed by shielded metal arc welding process using electrode J557.The mechanical property of welded joint is studied,the microstructure and hardness survey of the welded joint are analyzed.The results show that the mechanical property of dissimilar metal welded joint obtained by shielded metal arc welding process using electrode J557 for both 13MnNiMo54 and 20MnMo can meet the operating requirements of base metal 20MnMo through the welding procedure.
