介绍反向间隙产生的原因,并以三维坐标平台为例,测量其在移动过程中产生的反向间隙值,说明反向间隙对数控加工产生的影响,指出反向间隙补偿的一般方法和步骤。
The causes of reverse gap were introduced. The values of reverse gap generated in the the mobile process of 3D coordinates platform were measured. The influences of reverse gap on NC machining were illustrated, and general method and steps for gap compensation were indicated.
