摘要
对影响大白菜游离小孢子培养的主要因素,包括基因型、小孢子发育时期、供体植株生长的外界环境、培养基成分、培养条件和培养方式以及胚状体诱导及植株再生的研究情况进行了综述。展望了这项技术在研究和生产实践中的应用前景,并提出了该领域存在和需要解决的问题。
The research progresses on the main factors of isolated microspores culture of Chinese cabbage were summarized,including genotypes,microspore development stages,external growth environment of tested plants,medium compositions,cultivating conditions,cultivating methods,embryoid genesis and regenerated plantlets.The application foreground of this technology in the research and production practice was predicted.And the existing problems in this field were proposed.
