摘要
分析了电控直列泵-管-阀-嘴(PPVI)柴油喷射系统的基本喷射特性。针对该系统喷射特性方面存在的一些问题,笔者提出了一种改进的方法;介绍了该方法的控制原理和结构特点,并进行了喷射控制特性的匹配试验。研究结果表明,该方法对电控PPVI系统中初期喷油速率及高速小油量的控制具有良好效用。
The electronic in line pump pipe valve injector diesel injection system is a new solenoid controlled in line pump system. To improve the injection characteristics of the system, a new injection control method is introduced in this paper. The basic idea of this method is to maintain a small spill passage between the plunger chamber and inlet port during the initial injection period. The system construction and control mechanism are presented. The experimental research is carried out. The test results indicate that this method is effective on the control of initial injection rate and small injection quantity at high speeds in a time based electronic diesel injection system.
