摘要
经对TIG熔修和未经TIG熔修的45kg级船体钢焊接试样,围绕对船体使、用影响较大的 力学性能作了较为全面的试验研究。结果表明:按一定工艺规范熔修处理的焊接接头,其海水 介质腐蚀疲劳抗力、爆炸冲击抗力、低温脆断抗力等都得到了显著改善。
Experimental study on mechanical properties of TIG dressed and non-dressed welded joint samples of σ_B =45kg ship-plate is conducted in this paper. Results indicate that the corrosion fatigue resistance in sea water, explosion-impact resistance and low-temperature brittle fracture resistance of welded joint TIG dressed according to certain technical regulation are remarkably boosted. Reating mechanism is analysed.
