摘要
采用TIG熔修和焊缝打磨技术,提高环肋圆柱壳板承受水下爆炸冲击载荷的能力和改善结构破坏方式.通过水下爆炸试验,分析TIG熔修和焊缝打磨提高结构抗动态撕裂能力的原因.试验结果表明,TIG熔修对焊缝及热影响区的金相组织,硬度和低温冲击韧性没有显著的影响;TIG熔修和焊缝打磨大幅度提高结构的抗动态撕裂能力,特别是结构在动态冲击载荷下塑性变形的能力;其根本原因是TIG熔修和打磨降低了焊趾处的应力集中状态.
The impact strength and the fracture model of stiffer shell have been improved supporting underwater explosive impact load by TIG dressing or polishing. The reasons have been analyzed through the underwater explosion tests. The result shows that TIG dressing has little influence on the metallurgical structure, hardness and low temperature impact toughness of the weld metal and the heat affected zone; the impact strength and ductility of the welding structure have been largely enhanced, especially the ductility of the structure under the dynamic impact load. Its prime reason is that TIG dressing and polishing reduce the state of stress collection at the welding toe.
