摘要
以中苎1号、湘苎3号、Tri-1和新品系R057共4个苎麻品种(系)为材料,研究了插条不同扦插深度对苎麻低位分枝扦插苗的成苗率、主茎高度增加量、单株干重及分枝特性的影响。结果表明:4个苎麻品种(系)低位分枝扦插苗的成苗率、主茎高度增加量、单株根系干重、叶干重和分枝干重都表现为扦插深度1.5cm>3.0cm>4.5cm处理,且处理间差异显著;分枝数、分枝长度、最低和最高分枝位长也表现出随插条深度增加而明显降低。综合考虑,苎麻低位分枝扦插苗培育时,扦插深度以1.5cm左右较为理想。
With four ramie varieties in hunan,Zhongzhu No 1,Xiangzhu No 3,Tris-l and the new strain R057 as materials,effect of different cutting depth on seeding rate,stem height increment,dry weight and branching characteristics of cutting plant for low branches of ramie were studied.The results showed that seeding rate,stem height increment,root dry weight per plant,leaf dry weight and branching dry weight in four varieties of cutting plant for low branches of ramie had all showed 1.5 cm3.0 cm4.5 cm treatment,and there were significant differences between the treatments.Branch number,branch length,minimum and maximum branches bit length also showed an decrease trend with the cutting depth increased.For all above,the optimum treatment of cutting depth should be about 1.5 cm.
