打顶时间与外源生长素对烟叶成熟衰老及产质量的影响 被引量:31

摘要 研究了打顶时间与外源生长素涂抹对烟叶碳氮代谢和产、质量的影响。在各处理中,总碳、总氮和主要含氮化合物的代谢变化不显著,而早打顶有利于IAA与GA含量的增加,也有利于可溶性糖的积累。外源生长素涂抹对ABA有抑制作用,延长了淀粉的合成时间。不同处理对烟叶成熟衰老与品质形成的影响主要是通过调节烟叶成熟期间碳水化合物的代谢平衡来实现的。早打顶结合涂抹生长素,能增加上中等烟比例,提高烟叶产、质量。 The effect of topping time and external IAA on tobacco metabolism, yield ,and quality were studied. The results showed that changes was insignificant for total carbon, total mtrogen, and main compound of mtrogen aiter different treatment. Contents of IAA ,GA and dissolubility of sugar increased after early topping, on the other hand, content of ABA decreased, the duration of starch accumulate were extended. Tobacco maturity senescence and quality building were influenced by different measures, because the balance of carbohydrate metabolism was regulated. After T1A treatment, average andfinest grade proportion increased, yieldand quality of tobacco leaves were improved.
