摘要
目的了解湖州城市社区不同血糖状态中老年女性闲暇时间休闲娱乐情况与生活满意度。方法所有研究对象均进行了空腹血糖与餐后血糖的检测,根据美国ADA2003标准确定血糖状态,采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表((WHOQOL-100))进行休闲娱乐情况调查。结果 (1)共纳入55～75岁的研究对象236例,平均年龄(68.42±6.19)岁;(2)"一般/多数有机会"进行休闲活动的占78.8%,"对自己使用空闲时间的机会满意"占76.8%,"不满意"的占13.2%,不同血糖对象间差异无统计学意义(>0.05);(3)对目前生存质量自我评价"好"的占66.1%,对目前生活感到满意的占74.5%,对目前的健康状况"满意"的占58.3%,不同血糖对象间差异均无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论湖州城市社区中老年女性休闲娱乐活动时间还是比较有保证,生存质量比较乐观,但也有一定比例的对象存在着问题,值得进一步的关注。
Objective To investigate leisure entertainment and life satisfaction of middle-aged women with different glucose level in urban community of Huzhou city. Methods All subjects accepted fasting plasma glucose and postprandial blood glucose testing. According to ADA 2003 criteria,blood glucose state was determined; World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale （WHOQOL-100） was used to evaluate leisure entertainment. Results （1） 236 women aged 55 ～ 75 were included in this questionnaire survey,with an average age of （68.42±6.19） years old. （2） Women who had ＂general/majority chances to carry out leisure activities＂ accounted for 78.8%,who were satisfied with the opportunities for their own use of idle time accounted for 76.8%; while 13.2% women were not satisfied,with a significant difference among the different blood glucose targets. （3） As for self-evaluation of current quality of life,＂good＂ accoun-ted for 66.1%; 74.5% women were satisfied with the current life. On the current health status,58.3% women chose ＂ satisfactory＂,while 13.2% was not satisfied,with no significant differences among the different blood glucose targets. Conclusions Middle-aged women in urban community of Huzhou city have enough leisure time or recreational activities and are optimistic about the quality of life,but there are some questions needing further attention.
