摘要
青年教师正逐渐成为民办高校教师队伍的主要力量。调查发现,物质待遇、发展平台、师资管理和学校文化等学校因素对民办高校青年教师的成长都有重要影响。民办高校应尽力为青年教师提供良好的发展平台、丰厚的物质待遇、科学的师资管理和积极和谐的学校文化,以促使其快速、健康成长。与此同时,青年教师也应该充分发挥内因的作用,争取获得尽可能好的个人成长。
The young teachers of civilian-run colleges and universities have gradually become the main force of the teaching teams.It is discovered by investigation that the school factors such as material gains,development platforms,teacher management and school culture all affect the growth of the young teachers of civilian-run colleges and universities.It is necessary for the civilian-run colleges and universities to provide their young teachers with good developing platforms,rich material gain,scientific teacher management and the harmonious school culture so as to promote them to fast and healthy growth.Meanwhile,the young teachers should fully develop their internal cause action and strive for their individual growth as soon as possible.
