摘要
以牛舌为底物对天疱疮抗体进行检测，发现以牛舌为底物与以正常人皮肤为底物对天疱疮抗体的检测结果无明显差异，提示牛舌因易于获得，可取代正常人皮肤用于天疱疮抗体的检测。
There is no difference between bovine tongue and normal human skin as substrate in testing pemphigus antibodies with indirect immunofluorescence technique It is suggested that bovine tongue could be substituted for normal human skin in testing pemphigus antibodies
