摘要
为探讨LEEP术对宫颈上皮内瘤变的治疗效果及临床价值,对经阴道镜下多点活检诊断为各级CIN的44例患者行LEEP术,并将术前活检与术后病检加以比较,术后3个月观察宫颈恢复情况。44例LEEP术,平均所用时间为8.2min,术后有36例病检结果为CIN,术前活检结果与术后病检结果符合率为81.8%,术后宫颈恢复正常33例,治愈率91.7%。LEEP术是治疗CIN的有效方法,有很高的临床价值。
This paper studied the treatment effect and clinic value of Loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP） in treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.44 patients with CIN were diagnosed by cervical biopsy under colposcopy,All cases were operated with LEEP and the cervical biopsy results before and after LEEP were evaluated.the mean operative time of LEEP was 8.2 minutes,Pathological diagnosis of 36 patients was CIN,the coincidence rate of before and after LEEP was 81.8%,,33 patients were recovered,the cure rate of LEEP was 91.7%.It was shown that LEEP was one of the effective and safest methods for the treatment of CIN.
