摘要
目的采用宫颈环形电切术对宫颈上皮内瘤病变患者进行治疗,并观察其临床治疗疗效。方法回顾分析法是对实施宫颈环形电切术治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤病变患者资料进行分析的一种方法。本文采用这种方法对该院自2012年3月—2013年3月收治的100例病患进行出血量、术后愈合情况、术前病理特征分析,从而提高临床治愈率。结果该院患者采用宫颈环形电切术治疗的平均时长为(6.12±5.41)min,术前活检与术后病理符合率高达86%。结论采用宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤病变具有治疗时长短,出血量少、手术治愈成功率高等优势,具有良好的临床应用效果。
Objective By LEEP treatment for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients, and observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Methods Retrospective analysis is a method for the implementation of LEEP in treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients were analyzed. This paper uses this method to our hospital from 2012 March 2013 year in March 100 eases patients bleeding volume, postoperative healing of pathological features, preoperative, so as to improve the clinical cure rate. Results In our hospital were treated by LEEP treatment an average of （6.12±5.41）minutes, preoperative biopsy and postoperative pathologic coincidence rate reaches as high as 86%. Conclusion Using cervical LEEP for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with treatment time, less bleeding, operation success rate higher superiority, has a good clinical effect.
