摘要
从概念的视角阐释高水平大学的内涵与本质特征。通过理论分析，文章认为高水平大学是一个比较性、精神性、学术性与发展性的概念。高水平大学的本质特征主要体现为：在本质上是绝对性与相对性的统一，在内涵上体现了个人价值与社会价值的统一，在价值上体现了社会性与教育性的统一，在发展过程上体现了理想性与现实性的统一，在发展层次上体现了宏观性与微观性的统一，在政策抉择上体现了合目的性与合规律性的统一。
In the essay, the connotation and essential characteristics of high - level university are interpreted from the conceptual perspective. After a theoretical analysis, the present author concludes that high - level university is a comparative, spiritual, academic and developmental concept. The essential characteristics mainly include the followings： the unity between absoluteness and relativity reflected in essence, the unity between individual value and social value reflected in connotation, the unity between sociality and educationality reflected in value, the unity between ideality and reality reflected in the developing process, the unity between maerostructure and microstructure reflected in the developing level, and the unity between purpose and regularity reflected in policy- choosing.
