摘要
松嫩平原是黑龙江省社会经济最发达地带,在社会经济发展中占有举足轻重的地位,随着经济迅速发展,地下水开采量不断增加,在地下水开发利用中还存在许多问题,如:地下水水位区域性持续下降、地面沉降、地下水污染不断加重、用水结构不合理、地下水资源浪费和农村饮水安全等问题.地下水资源量不断减少,供需矛盾不断加重,已经严重制约本区社会经济的发展.因此,必须采取相应对策,合理开发利用地下水资源,为经济社会可持续发展奠定坚实的物质基础.
The Songnen Plain coincides with the most developed economic areas in Heilongjiang Province.With rapid growth of economy,the exploitation of groundwater in the area is increasing.Correspondingly,there occur problems in the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources,such as the regional continuous descent of groundwater table,ground subsidence,serious pollution of groundwater,unreasonable utilization of water,waste of groundwater resources,and security problem of drinking water in the countryside.The amount of groundwater resources is reduced continuously.The increase of imbalance between supply and demand has restricted the socio-economic development.Therefore,we must take appropriate countermeasures to develop and use groundwater resources reasonably,so as to lay a substantial basis for the sustainable socio-economic development.
