摘要
根据系列资料分析计算,东北地区水资源量多年平均为1600.56×108m3/a,水资源可利用量为880.21×108m3/a.随着经济社会的飞速发展,水资源可持续利用的基础日趋脆弱.在分析水资源现状及开发利用存在问题的基础上,提出了综合规划、科学管理、联合调蓄、统筹兼顾、开源节流、综合利用、优化环境、保护水资源等水资源可持续利用对策.
The analysis and calculation for a series of data show that the amount of water resources in Northeast China averages 1600.56×108 m3/a for many successive years,with an available amount of 880.21×108 m3/a.With the rapid development of ecosociety,the basis of sustainable utilization for water resources is getting more and more vulnerable.By analyzing the present situation of water resources and the problems existed in the exploitation and utilization,the authors put forward the measures for sustainable utilization for water resources,such as,unified plan,scientific management,joint regulation and storage,overall consideration,water resources tapping and saving,comprehensive utilization,improvement of environment and protection of water resources.
