摘要
目的:探讨重组人白细胞介素-4(rhIL-4)对放射损伤合并烧伤时肠粘膜免疫功能障碍的调节作用。方法:采用小鼠15%的Ⅲ度烧伤、8Gy放射损伤及两伤复合的动物模型,用免疫酶联吸附、免疫组化和细菌培养等方法,观察了rhIL-4对肠道粘膜免疫的调控作用。结果:rhIL-4能增加小肠固有层中分泌IgA的浆细胞数量,提高肠粘液中sIgA的含量,降低肠源性感染的发生。结论:rhIL-4对恢复肠道粘膜免疫功能,降低肠源性感染的发生是有效的。
Objective: To investigate the regulative effects of recombinant human interleukin 4 (rhIL 4) on intestinal mucosal immune dysfunction after radiation, burn and combined radiation burn injuries. Methods: After the models of 15% TBSA full thickness skin burn, 8Gy radiation and combined radiation burn injuries were established in mice, the regulative effects of rhIL 4 on intestinal mucosal immune dysfunction were observed with immunohistochemistry, ELISA and bacterial culture. Results: rhIL 4 increased the number of IgA secreting plasma cells in the lamina propria and quantity of mucous sIgA and reduced the incidence of enterogenous infection. Conclusion: rhIL 4 is effective for promoting the recovery of mucosal immune function and decreasing the incidence of enterogenous infection.
