摘要
将用于轧辊堆焊的药芯埋弧焊丝W220堆焊成含0.13%~0.17%C,13.1%~14.0%Cr,2.2%~2.8%Mn,4.3%~4.9%Ni(质量分数)的熔敷金属,对其进行焊接热模拟实验。通过硬度测试、微观分析等手段对W220埋弧焊丝熔敷金属在六种焊接热循环条件下得到的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,该焊丝熔敷金属的Ms点在70~85℃;W220焊接时的预热温度小件可选用100℃左右,大件不必超过280~300℃;层间温度应在90~140℃;回火温度应避开400~550℃。
Flux cored submerged welding wire W220 used for rollers building up was made into deposited metal containing 0.13%~0.17%C, 13.1%~14.0%Cr, 2.2%~2.8%Mn, 4.3%~4.9%Ni (wt). The welding thermal simulation for the deposited metal was carried out. By means of hardness testing and micro-analysis, the structure and properties of the deposited metal under different welding thermal cycles were analyzed. The results show that Ms point of W220-deposied metal is 70~85 ℃, the preheating temperature when using wire-W220 is about 100 ℃ for small workpieces and should not be higher than 280~300 ℃ for big workpieces; the interlayer temperature should be controlled at 90~140 ℃ during welding; the temper temperature should not be at 400~550 ℃.
