关注鼻-鼻窦癌诊断和治疗中的某些问题 被引量：5

摘要 鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤不很常见，发生率占全身恶性肿瘤的0．2％-0．8％，占头颈肿瘤的3％-6％。发病年龄多在60～70岁之间，有明显的男性多发趋势，男女比例大约为2：1至4：1。多数肿瘤为上皮来源，病理类型多样。鼻一鼻窦癌的病理类型主要包括鳞状细胞癌（鳞癌）、腺癌、腺样囊性癌以及未分化癌，其中最常见的类型是鳞癌，鳞癌、未分化癌和腺癌相加约占总发生率的57％-68％。
