摘要
目的:测定扎勒庆16味散中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。方法:羟基红花黄色素A含量分析采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件:甲醇-乙腈-0.7磷酸(26:2:72)为流动相。检测波长403nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果:样品中羟基红花黄色素A达到基线分离;结果羟基红花黄色素A在0.0649～0.649μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99994)平均加样回收率为97.8%(RSD=2.7%)。结论:所建立的含量测定方法简便、准确、具有实用性。
Objective： To establish the methods for the determination of Hydroxysaitlor yellow A in Zhaleqingshiliu Powder. Methods： Hydmxysafllor yellow A was analyzed by HPLC on Apollo C18 colunm. The mobile phase was methyl - Acetonitrile- 0.7 % phosphoric acid（26：2： 78, v/v）. The detective wavelength was 403 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0mL/min. Results： The linearity was good within the range 0.0649 ~ 0.649μg（ r = 0. 99994）. The average recovery was 97.8 % and RSD was 2.7 % （n = 9）. Conclusions： The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of Hydroxysafflor yellow A in Zhaleqingshiliu Powder.
