摘要
采用熔融挤出法分别制备了α-成核聚丙烯(α-PP)和β-成核聚丙烯(β-PP),通过傅里叶变换红外光谱和立体显微镜研究了氙灯辐照对纯聚丙烯(PP)、α-PP和β-PP微观结构和表面形貌的影响。在相同老化条件下,α-PP最易老化,PP次之,β-PP最稳定;试样老化后表面裂纹形态不同,α-PP和PP表面呈破裂状无规排布的细长裂纹,而β-PP表面的裂纹呈圆弧状有规律的间隔排布。
α-polypropylene(α-PP) and β-polypropylene(β-PP) were prepared through melt extrusion process. Effects of xenon irradiation on the microstructure and surface morphology of the α-PP, β-PP and pure PP were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and stereo microscopy. The stability of the samples under the identical irradiation condition ranked in descending order as α-PP, pure PP, and β-PP. The shape and distribution of the cracks on surface caused by photodegradation varied for different samples, sharp and long cracks distributed irregularly on the surface of the photodegraded α-PP and pure PP, but for β-PP, the arc-like cracks distributed with regular spacing.
