摘要
用NaAlO_2-Al_2(SO_4)_3法制备拟薄水铝石,在相同条件下成胶,不同条件下老化,研究老化温度、老化pH和老化时间对拟薄水铝石性能的影响。结果表明,高温下成胶得到的拟薄水铝石,改变老化条件对其性能影响较小;而低温下成胶得到的拟薄水铝石,提高老化温度和老化pH,延长老化时间,有利于结晶度的提高,并对拟薄水铝石的物化性能,如堆积密度、比表面积、孔容和孔径等均有一定影响。
Pseudo-boehmite was prepared by NaAIO2-A12 ( S04 ) 3 method. Influence of aging temperature, aging pH and aging time on the properties of pseudo-boehmite was investingated under the same precipita- tion and different aging condition. The results showed that the change of aging condition had little influ- ence on the properties of pseudo-boehmite prepared by precipitation at high temperature; increase of aging temperature and pH and prolongation of aging time were beneficial to enhancement of the crystallin- ity of pseudo-boehmite prepared by precipitation at low temperature and had certain influence on physical properties of pseudo-boehmite, such as bulk density, surface area, pore volume and pore diameter.
