摘要
在过氧化二异丙苯引发下,分别以三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(TMPTMA)和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)作助交联剂,考察其对发泡聚丙烯(EPP)材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:TAIC与TMPTMA均可有效提高PP的交联度;与TMPTMA相比,TAIC助交联的EPP不仅凝胶率提高了18.67%,还具有更优的硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和压缩永久变形等力学性能。
The authors studied the effects of co-crosslinker trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate(TMPTMA) and triallyl- isocyanurate(TAIC) on mechanical properties of the expanded polypropylene(EPP) initiated by dicumyl peroxide. The results show that the introduction of either TAIC or TMPTMA can improve the crosslinking degree of PP effectively. However, the EPP crosslinked with TAIC gains an increment of 18.67% in gel fraction compared to the EPP crosslinked with TMPTMA and furthermore, the former has the advantage over the latter in such mechanical properties as hardness, tensile strength, tear strength and compression set at ambient and high temperature.
