摘要
研究了NBR/EPDM并用胶的硫化体系中各组份对并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:DCP对并用胶的性能影响最大,TMPTMA对于并用胶的影响主要是通过与DCP的协同作用来体现的,TAIC对于并用胶的影响主要在撕裂强度方面,增加或减少TAIC的用量均对撕裂强度的提高有利。
The effects of the components of cure system on properties of the NBR/EPDM mixture rubber were investigated. The content of DCP was the key factor influencing the overall properties of blended rubber. The effects of TMPTMA on blended rubber was realized through the cooperation effect of DCP and TMPTMA. TAIC affected the blended rubber mainly in tear strength aspect,the increase or reduce of TAIC amount is advantageous to the tear strength enhancement.
