摘要 生态和谐是人与自然和睦相处的自然基础。从生态住宅概念、现状与存在的问题出发,分析了国内外生态住宅设计的基本理念与基本原则;提出了只有遵循生态学原理,有选择性地应用生态技术和系统规划生态住宅,倡导健康和谐的生活方式,才能切实获得生态住宅的节能环保效益,做到人、住宅与环境三者的和谐共生,实现经济与社会可持续发展的目标;展望了生态住宅发展的方向与前景。 Ecological harmony is the natural basis of the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.The basic idea and principle of the design for ecological residence in China and other countries are analyzed from the concept,present situation and problems of ecological residence.It was pointed out that only if we selectively use the ecological technology,systematically plan the ecological residence,and advocate the healthy and harmonious life style based on the ecological principle,we can feasibly obtain the benefit of energy conservation and environmental protection,ensure the harmonious coexistence among human,residence and environment,and realize the strategic target for the sustainable development of economy and society,looking the development direction and prospect of ecological residence.
