介绍了新形势下石化企业工会组织实施劳动竞赛的出发点、实现的目标以及在劳动竞赛中所扮演的角色和发挥的作用。指出不断探索研究和创新劳动竞赛的新方法、新形式是石化企业工会组织面临的新课题,只有积极引导职工开展各类特色竞赛,以其新颖性、创造性充分调动职工的积极性,激发职工的工作热情,才能使劳动竞赛活动焕发新的活力。
It is introduced that the motive of labor competitions sponsored by the trade union in petrochemical enterprise,the objective,and role of the trade union.The trade union is faced with a new topic of seeking efficient method for the competitions.In order to stimulate working enthusiasm of the every staff and more efficacious of the competitions,the contest should have attractive feature,novel style and positive result.
