摘要
劳动竞赛是工会组织职工群众开展群众性生产活动的重要载体,是培养和激发职工智慧和创造力最生动、最直接的途径。企业在新形势下,应不断创新劳动竞赛管理模式,拓展劳动竞赛的丰富内涵,深入探索建立劳动竞赛活动的长效机制。
Labor contest is an important carrier for trade union to organize multitude productive activities as well as the most vivid and direct way to train and motivate the wisdom and creativity of employees. Under the new circumstances, enterprises should increasingly innovate the management models of labor contest, develop and enrich the meaning of labor contest, and search to build up long--term systems of labor contest.
