热榨法和冷榨法制取茶油的品质差异及其在护肤美容上的应用研究 被引量:32

摘要 阐述了冷榨法、热榨法制取茶油的工艺流程及特点,由于加工温度的差异,冷榨茶油和热榨茶油品质差异大,冷榨茶油保留了大量的生育酚、皂苷、茶多酚、角鲨烯等生理活性物质,热榨茶油的这些成分受热分解。茶油中的很多物质具有护肤美容作用,通过对冷榨茶油和热榨茶油的品质以及化妆品用油基质进行分析比较,论证冷榨茶油在护肤美容上的优越性,为新一代高级美容护肤产品的研究提供理论和试验基础。 The process and features of preparation in camellia oil with cold-squeezed and hot-squeezed method were expounded. Due to the different temperature, the oil quality was different, a large amount of physiological and active substances, such as camellia oil tocopherol, saponin, tea-polyphenols, squalene were retained by the cold-squeezed method. But those ingredients have almost been decomposed in hot squeezed method. Camellia oil were played an important role in the field of skin cosmetology, the quality and substrate of cosmetic in hot-squeezed and cold-squeezed camellia oil were contrastively analyzed, it demonstrated that cold-squeezed camellia oil was more superiority to hot-squeezed camellia oil in skin cosmetology, and some theoretical and experimental basis for new generation of high-level's skin cosmetology products research were provided.
