摘要
依据正交试验结果,利用线性回归分析方法,建立了硬质合金立铣刀铣削钛合金TC18材料时表面粗糙度的预测模型,并进行了该模型回归方程和回归系数显著性检验。该模型预测表面粗糙度具有可靠性:主轴转速和进给量对表面粗糙度的影响显著,而轴向切深和径向切深对表面粗糙度的影响不显著。
Based on the results of orthogonal experiment and regression analysis method, surface roughness predictive model in milling of titanium alloy TC18 material is established, and the significance test of regression equation and regression coefficients are finished. The results indicate that the model has reliability on surface roughness, the spindle speed and feed rate have high significant influence on surface roughness, and the axial depth of cutting and radial depth of cutting have no significant influence on surface roughness.
