摘要
药化实验教学既是理论联系实际的重要环节,又是培养学生创新意识、动手能力的重要途径。探讨药物化学实验教学改革,首先开设一定数量的验证实验,锻炼学生的基本操作能力。然后将一些科研内容,通过教学法改革,以课题研究的方法,用开放性实验的形式进行探索,培养学生的自学、实践能力、探索精神及创新能力。
Pharmaceutical chemistry experiment is not only an important part to help students to apply theory to practice,but also an important way to help students to cultivate innovative consciousness and practical ability.Some reform pharmaceutical chemistry has been discussed.Some verification experiment can be set up to train the fundamental operation of students.However the scientific research content can be taught in subjects oriented and opening teaching methods to train students self-taught,practice and innovative abilities.
