摘要
在药物化学实验教学中尝试进行开放性实验,指导学生对实验中发现的问题通过查阅文献、归纳分析资料,提出新的解决办法如新的合成路线或后处理方法等,设计出实验方案,探索性地完成实验,最后写出实验论文。这种方法有利于培养学生的科研思维方式和创新意识;有利于提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
The opening experiment in pharmaceutical chemistry has been practiced. In this practice, the teachers guide students to finding problems in experimental process and trying to resolve these problems by consulting literature, analyzing and inducing the information, proposing a new method, such as a new synthesis route or a new purifying products, designing experimental scheme, completing the experiment and finally writing paper. This teaching method is beneficial to cultivating students＇ way of thinking scientifically, consciousness of bringing forth new ideas and ability of analyzing and resolving problems.
