摘要
DNA条形码技术(DNA Barcoding)是一种通过使用短的标准DNA片段来快速、准确的识别与鉴定物种的技术.这几年一直是物种分类和生物多样方面研究的热点,遗传多样性作为生物多样性研究的核心问题,目前DNA条形码也开始广泛应用于生物的遗传多样性研究.本文简单概述了DNA条形码技术的发展状况、原理、标准基因片段,着重阐述了其在生物分类学和遗传多样性等中的应用,以及其所存在的局限性,并展望了其应用前景和意义.
DNA Barcoding is one method for rapid and accurate species identification,which is based on a standard and short DNA fragments.DNA barcoding has become one of hotspots of species identification and biodiversity research in the past few years.Currently,DNA barcoding is widely used in genetic diversity,which is a core issue in biodiversity research.This paper briefly outlines the development,principles,standard gene fragments,and steps of DNA barcodes,focuses on the application of DNA barcoding in the study of biological taxonomy and genetic diversity,as well as the limitations.The rerearch also prospects the significance of its application.
