摘要
目的:探讨健康教育在剖宫产术前留置导尿管产妇中的应用及效果。方法:将150例剖宫产术前留置导尿管产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,观察组产妇术前1d进行健康教育,对照组在置管前按常规操作执行。观察两组产妇在置管前后心率、血压、疼痛程度及置管成功情况。结果:观察组产妇心率、血压及疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05),置管成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产产妇留置导尿管前进行健康教育,可减轻其心理、生理应激反应,提高产妇置管的舒适度和成功率。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of health education on the parturient with indwelling urethral catheter before cesarean section.Methods： 150 parturient with indwelling urethral catheter before cesarean section were randomly divided into observation and control groups（75 cases for each group）.Health education was conducted to the parturient one day before cesarean section in the observation group and conventional measures were taken before catheterization in the control group.The heart rate,blood pressure and degree of pain of parturient and success of catheterization were observed before and after catheterization.Results： The heart rate,blood pressure and degree of pain of parturient were lower（P 〈0.05） and the success rates of catheterization were higher in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Health education adopted before cesarean section can relieve the psychological and physiological stress response of the parturient with indwelling urethral catheter and increase the degree of comfort and success rate of catheterization.
