摘要
超微粉碎技术作为一种新型的食品加工方法,已受到普遍关注。对超微粉碎加工的基本概念及其特点进行了简介,重点概述了几种超微粉碎设备,介绍了超微粉碎技术及其设备在粮油加工中的应用及存在问题。
Micronization, as a new type of food processing technology, was gradually concerned nowadays. The fundamental concepts and characteristics of micronization were introduced in this paper, meanwhile, several micronized equipments were also summarized in detail.Finally, applications on grain and oil processing in micronization were introduced and some views were listed on the problems of raicronization currently exist.
