摘要
目的:观察复方痔疮熏洗散的镇痛、抗炎、止血作用和毒性。方法:采用巴豆油引起的小鼠耳郭肿胀观察复方痔疮熏洗散的抗炎作用;通过热板法观察该药的镇痛作用;采用玻片法观察该药止血效果;以健康家兔进行急性毒性试验和长期毒性试验。结果:复方痔疮熏洗散对巴豆油致小鼠耳郭肿胀具有明显抑制作用,对热板法所致的疼痛反应有较好的抑制作用;可缩短小鼠凝血时间;毒性试验过程中未见动物死亡,血液学、生化指标检查、病理学检查均未见明显异常。结论:复方痔疮熏洗散具有良好的抗炎、镇痛、止血作用;急性毒性和长期毒性试验均未见有明显毒性反应。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the analgesic, anti inflammatory,hemostatic effects and toxicity of Fufang Zhichuang Xunxisan. METHODS Auricle swelling induced by croton oil in mice were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory of Fufang Zhichuang Xunxisan. The analgesic effect of Fufang Zhichuang Xunxisan was tested by using hoto plate experiment in mice. The coagulation time was tested by taking slide method. Acute toxicity test, chronic toxicity test were conducted in healthy rabbits. RESULTS Fufang Zhichuang Xunxisan greatly suppressed auricle swelling induced by croton oil in mice. Fufang Zhichuang Xunxisan could significantly relieve the pain stimulated by heat conduction. Furthermore, it could shorten coagulation time. Died animals were not observed in the experiment, and hematology, blood biochemistry and pathological examination showed no evident abnormal changes in correlation with the drug. CONCLUSION Fufang Zhichuang Xunxisan has strong analgesic, anti inflarmnatory and hemostatic effects. The toxicity was not observed in acute or chronic toxicity tests.
