摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法随机将160例慢性精神分裂症患者分为两组。治疗组在原抗精神病药物的基础上根据不同证型予疏肝理气,化痰开窍,顺气导痰汤加减;养血安神,补养心脾,养心汤加减;活血化瘀,血府逐瘀汤为主加减的治疗。采用PANSS评估临床症状,治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评估不良反应;分别于治疗前及治疗2、4、8周末各评定1次。对照组单用抗精神病药物治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.5%;对照组总有效率82.4%。经统计学处理,两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性精神分裂症临床疗效好,值得临床推广运用。
objective Discussion on the clinical curative effect on the treatment of the chronic schizophrenia by the cooperation of the Chinese and Western medicine. Method Divides 160 examples of the chronic schizophrenia patients into two groups stochastically. According to the different cards in the original anti-neurosis medicine＇s foundation, the treatment group acts to give the sparse liver to regulate the flow of vital energy, the phlegm reduction straightens out, lead the phlegm soup addition and subtraction comfortably; It also raises the blood to calm the nerves, to make up the spiritual cultivation spleen, the spiritual cultivation soup addition and subtraction; Blood circulation removing extraverted blood, the blood government office the treatment which adds and subtracts primarily by the stasis soup. Use PANSS to appraise the clinical symptoms, the symptom meter which in the treatment appears （TESS） appraises the untoward effect; before the treatment and at the weekend of 2, 4, 8 in the treatment, separately evaluate once respectively. Controlled group is treated by neurosis pharmacological medicine only. Finally The total effect of the treatment group is 96.5%; while the total effect of controlled group is 82.4%. After statistics process, comparing of the two groups, the total effect has the significance difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the chronic schizophrenia by the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine is good, which is worth the clinical promoted utilization.
