摘要
为评估氯氮平合并舒必利对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效,将92例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为氯氮平合并舒必利组(31例)和两个对照组(氯氮平组32例,舒必利组29例)。经临床疗效评定和简明精神病量表、阴性症状量表、临床疗效总评量表评定,结果显示:显效率(痊愈率+显著进步率):氯氮平合并舒必利组为68%,氯氮平组为31%,舒必利组为34%。经 X^2检验,氯氮平合并舒必利组显著优于氯氮平组和舒必利组,而氯氮平组与舒必利组疗效相当。提示氯氮平合并舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效较为理想。
In order to estimate the effect of clozapine and supiride on the negative symtoms of schizaphrenia.92 cases of schizaphrenia with negative were divided into three groups at random.One study group (the clozapine and sulpiride group) consisted of 31 cases and two control groups (the clozap- ine group and the sulpiride group) included 32 and 29 cases) respectively.Judged with the clinical cura- tive effect,the Biref Psychiatric Rating Scale,the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms and The Clinical Global Impressions scale.The results showed that 68% of the patients in the clozapine and sulpiride group had an obvious improvement while 31% in the clozapine group and 34% in the sulpiride group had desirable improvements.The effect of using the two drugs together in the study group is su- perior to those of the control groups,that is,the two group treated with clozapine and sulpiride sepa- rately.The authors were of the opinion that if the two drugs were used in combination the negative symptoms of schizophrenia would be relieved more effectively.
