摘要
目的探讨血浆D-二聚体(D-dimer,DD)检测快速准确的方法和诊断肺栓塞的临床意义。方法分别用胶体金双抗体夹心挪威Nycocard ReaderⅡ多功能全定量检测仪法、免疫比浊日本SysmexCA1500全自动血凝仪法;手工目测定性法三种方法对42例确诊为肺栓塞的患者检测血浆中DD含量,记录结果进行比较。结果 42例肺栓塞患者DD检测胶体金法阳性42例,阳性率100%;免疫比浊法阳性42例,阳性率100%;与手工目测定性法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),胶体金法与免疫比浊法比较DD阳性率相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胶体金法、免疫比浊法检测血浆D-二聚体结果准确、快速、便捷,作为肺诊断栓塞的首选过筛试验,值得推广应用。
Objective To discusses clinical practice of the blood plasma D-dimer（D-dimer,DD） examination fast accurate method and the diagnosis pulmonary embolism.Methods Using the colloid gold double immune body to contain filling separately Norwegian Nycocard ReaderⅡ;The multi-purpose entire quota instrumentation law,the immunity completely automatic blood congeal the meter law compared to muddy Japanese Sysmex the CA1500;The manual range estimate qualitative method three methods examine in the blood plasma to 42 example diagnoses for the pulmonary embolism patient the DD content,the recording result carry on the comparison.Results 42 example pulmonary embolism patient DD examination colloid gold law masculine gender 42 examples,masculine gender rate was 100%;Immunity turbidimetric method masculine gender 42 examples,masculine gender rate was 100%;There was the remarkable statistics significance with the manual range estimate qualitative method（P〈0.05）,Colloid Jin Fa and the immunity turbidimetric method compare the DD masculine gender rate to be same,non-statistics significance（P〈0.05） .Conclusion colloid Jin Fa,the immunity turbidimetric method examination blood plasma D-dimer result accurate,is fast、convenient,as the lung diagnosis embolism first choice sieving experiment,is worth promoting the application.
