摘要
脑缺血动物模型在探讨脑缺血的病理生理变化、发病机制及其防治的研究有重要意义。选用恰当的脑缺血评价方法是判定动物模型建立成功与否的关键措施之一,直接影响着实验研究的结果。就脑缺血动物模型常用的评价方法作一总结。
The animal model of cerebral ischemia plays an important role in the investigation of pathophysiology,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment in ischemic cerebrovascular disease（ICVD）.To adopt an appropriate evaluation method is to determine cerebral ischemia animal model of one of the key measures for success,because it has a direct impact on the results of experimental study.The article summarized some common evaluation methods of animal model of ICVD.
