摘要
从联盟参与成员间合作风险角度揭示联盟技术标准的形成动因,分析联合研发与管理、技术创新、标准确立的互动关系,给出高技术虚拟企业合作专利与知识产权的管理方法,规范研发核心主体、关联主体以及其他成员的成果占有与使用行为,通过建立联盟个体成员间动态奖惩机制和内部信任机制,综合衡量标准配置、执行过程中多主体协商的可信程度,为高技术虚拟企业技术标准的全面推广与优化提供可行的策略支持。研究表明,其技术标准的制定与应用对联盟合作各方获取超额经济效益,群体综合竞争优势的提升,科技进步与经济发展具有重要的指导价值。
The paper reveals coalition technology standards forming reasons from members collaboration risks angel,analyses interactive relations among union RD,technology management and innovation,standards acquisition,gives management methods for collaboration patients and knowledge property for high-tech virtual enterprise,specifies achievement possessing and using behaviors with RD core members,associated members and others,provides effective strategy supports for technology standards all-round popularization and optimization of high-tech virtual enterprise,establishing members dynamic rewards and punishment mechanism and inner trust mechanism,synthetically measuring multi-part negotiation credible degree in the process of standards configuration and execution.The research results indicate that technology standard draft and application could make members get super profits,improve colony competition advantages and bring the important guidance values for science and technology progress and economy development.
