摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米型复合杂多酸催化剂H4SiW12O40∕SiO2,考察了其在乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇缩合制备苹果酯反应中的催化性能。实验表明,纳米固载杂多酸H4SiW12O40∕SiO2是合成苹果酯的良好催化剂,得到了制备苹果酯的适宜工艺条件:酯醇物质的量比为1∶1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1%,环己烷14 mL,反应时间105 min,收率可达91.0%。产物经红外光谱确证。
Nanometer Complex Heteropoly Acid(H4SiW12O40∕SiO2) was prepared by the sol-gel method.The catalytic perfor-mance of the catalyst was investigated in synthesis of fructone by liquid phase acetalization of ethyl acetoacetate with glycol.The experimental results show that nanometer complex heteropoly acid is a good catalyst for synthesizing fructone.The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to glycol is 1∶1.4,the mass fraction of catalyst in the re-action medium is 1%,cyclohexane 14 mL,and the reaction time is 105 min.The yield can reach up to 91.0%.Fructone was confirmed by infrared spectrum.
