摘要
采用乙醇回流提取法,以海金沙总黄酮特征吸光度值为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验,对海金沙总黄酮提取工艺条件进行了研究,研究结果表明,用乙醇回流提取法提取海金沙总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:以60%乙醇做提取剂,料液比(g/ml)为1∶40,75℃水浴75 min条件下提取2次,海金沙总黄酮得率为2.91%;此法简便易行,成本低,是工业化提取海金沙总黄酮的有效工艺之一.
This paper researches Lygodium total flavone extraction conditions in an index of total flavone characteristic absorbance value with ethanol extraction method,through the single factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were： 60% ethanol as extraction solvent,liquid ratio（g/ml）1∶40,75℃ water bath for 75min twice.Under the conditions of extraction,the extraction rate of total flavone from Lygodium can reach 2.91%.This method is simple and low-cost,and it is one of the effective processes to the industrial extraction of Lygodium total flavone.
