摘要
从外注入式单模速率方程出发,附加尾随机噪声项,讨论了增益开关分布反馈式半导体激光器偏置电流,调制电流,调制频率在无外部注入和有外部注入的条件下与输出脉宽,脉冲抖动的关系.从理论上得出了低抖动,窄脉宽输出时的最优外部控制条件.
Based on external injection single-model rate equation and increasing random buzz-item on end part,the paper analyzes the relationship of bias current,modulated current,modulating frequency with output impulse duration and pulse jitter of DFB in the presence or absence of ecternal injection.The external optimum controlling conditions for little whipping and narrow impulse width output are obtained.
