摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是严重威胁着人类健康的公共卫生问题。本文解析了2007年中国COPD诊治指南,从社会医学角度指出个人行为、医学人文精神和社区医院在COPD预防与治疗中具有重要作用,并提出加强社会宣传教育、关注患者心理问题,普及肺功能检测,加强学科宣传,建立完善的督导评估信息系统的应对策略。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a public health problem which is severely threatening human health.This article analyzed＂the 2007 COPD guidline in China＂.Based on social medicine,we think personal behavior,medical humanism and community hos-pital are important for the prevention and treatment of COPD.The strategies were proposed in aspects of strengthening the social medical health education,concerning about the psychological problems of patients,popularizing lung function testing,raising the awareness of COPD,and establishing perfect a monitoring evaluation informational system
