摘要
目的探讨益气温肺方穴位敷贴联合西医常规治疗对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者症状改善及肺功能的影响。方法选择纳雍县中医医院2022年1月—2023年10月收治的76例老年COPD急性加重期患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各38例。对照组采取西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气温肺方穴位敷贴。对比两组患者的中医证候评分、肺功能、临床疗效。结果治疗7 d后,观察组咳嗽、咳痰量、喘促、胸闷、肺部啰音评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、FEV1/FVC水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气温肺方穴位敷贴联合西医常规治疗老年COPD急性加重期患者的疗效确切,可缓解患者症状,提高其肺功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Wenfei decoction acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine treatment on symptom improvement and lung function in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chrohic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 76 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD treated in Nayong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was combined with Yiqi Wenfei decoction acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,lung function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath,chest tightness and pulmonary rales in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second,and FEV1/FVC levels than the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,higher than that of the control group(76.32%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Wenfei decoction acupoint application combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD has a definite effect,can alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve their lung function.
