摘要
加拿大的大学是根据地方法律法规建立起来的自治的、非营利性法人团体,其法人治理结构在历史的变迁中大致经历了三个阶段:明确成型期、改革调整期和稳步提升期。每一个阶段所体现出来的治理结构的变化都是参与大学决策的相关决策主体间权力博弈的结果,在当前多元化的世界里,大学要获得长远的发展,只有坚持顾及多方决策主体的权力并保证权力之间的制衡才是上策。
Canadian universities are autonomous non-profit corporations established on local laws and regulations. Their corporate governance structure has approximately experienced three stages in the historical vicissitude: the forming stage, the reform and adjustment stage, and the steady improvement stage. The changes of the governance structure at each stage have been the results of related decision-makers' power game. Based on an analysis of the history of the governance structure of Canadian universities, this paper explores the conflicts and the cooperation among the various decision-makers at the power game.
